Pizza with Pesto Sauce

“Today I really felt like I had moved into my home. I forgot the taste of the Anatolian side. During the day, I went on foot wherever I had work. Having a backpack on my back was enough. I took a leisurely but intensely enjoyable walk from the house to the curtain maker (I make plain tulle and curtains for the living room), from the curtain maker to the Friday Market, and from the market to the Transport.
Towards the end of the day, on the way home, I stopped by the bakery and bought bread dough. I was going to give you Nigel's pasta recipe today, but while I was passing by the oven, I decided to prepare a practical recipe. We have plenty of pesto sauce, parmesan and tomatoes, and I think we can evaluate them in 2-3 different ways as I explained before.”
I tried the same recipe with the pizza dough I kneaded in the bread machine, except for the bread dough today, Monday and last night. In both trials, the result was great.
If you want to try it with bread dough, it is enough to buy 2 bread doughs from the oven. The dough you will knead in the bread machine takes about 1,5 hours, but the dough that comes out is like silk. I have prepared such an article before for those who ask about my bread machine.

Ingredients for Pesto Pizza Recipe
- 1 cup of pesto sauce
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
For 1 kilo of pizza dough:
- 1,5 tablespoon of olive oil
- 320 ml. That
- 2 tea spoon salt
- 640 gr. Fame
- 1,5 teaspoons of yeast
How to Make Pesto Sauce Pizza Recipe?
- Place olive oil, water, salt, flour and yeast in the chamber of the bread maker respectively.
- Start the machine by selecting the puffed dough or pizza dough program. When the kneading and fermentation process is finished, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Grease a baking tray or a 30 cm cast iron pan with olive oil.
- Spread a meringue of the divided dough on the tray or pan by hand. Sprinkle pesto sauce, sliced cherry tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Finally, drizzle some olive oil on it and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
- Do the same for the remaining 3 doughs. Serve hot.
