Hello Dear Friends,

I saw this recipe in Sofra Magazine last year and liked it very much, but I could not find the opportunity to prepare it. It has molasses but no sugar, will it be as sweet as I thought? I had some reservations. For this reason, I reduced the amount of water in it by 1,5 glasses. When I served it, it was exactly in the amount of sugar I wanted. After you taste your own molasses, you can prepare it according to its sweetness.

plain paluze

Paluze – What is Peluze? It is actually a kind of water pudding that can be prepared with water or milk. It is in the consistency that the ancients call jelly and now jelly. The main ingredients are water and starch, there are also some that are made by adding fruit juice or sugar if desired.

It can be served by pouring directly onto the plate or by dividing it into slices like mine. You can even pour it into small bowls and serve it like jelly by turning it upside down after cooling.

So it's literally an old mom recipe :) I definitely recommend you to try it.

I didn't think anyone else knew about this except my grandmother :) She was making it with powdered sugar.

My late grandmother made it very well, I loved it. I was very happy to see it here. Because I never thought of getting the recipe from him. My grandmother used to put a walnut on each slice. I recommend you try it as well. It's terribly delicious. Health to your hands. I will definitely try. If I am successful, I will share it with you.
