Dried Fig Dessert with Molasses

Ingredients for Molasses Dried Fig Dessert Recipe
- 15-16 dried figs
- 1,5 cups whole walnuts
- half a glass of molasses (I used carob molasses)
- 2 water glass of water
For service:
- Whipped cream whipped with cream or 1 tea glass of cold milk upon request
How to Make Dried Fig Dessert with Molasses Recipe?
- Put the figs in the pot, add the molasses and water.
- Boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the walnuts on it and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes until the water is absorbed (until there is molasses at the bottom of the pan.)
- Let the walnuts and figs cool in the pot, spread the whipped cream whipped with cold milk on the serving plate.
