Pea Broccoli Soup
Hello Dear Friends,
With the cold weather, we started to look for soup on the tables. I'm trying to consume as much as I can right now though. Especially since I should not skip my lunches, I always have soup to prepare. (Because the diet requires it :)) Yesterday and today tarhana soup For example, I drank.
Today was an interesting day, as a matter of fact, years later, I re-registered to the university. I was thinking about it from time to time, but when I heard that those who graduated from university before were enrolled in open education without examination, I said ok. I went, as if the cooking schools I went to for all these years weren't enough, I registered for the 2-year Cookery department :) Let's say good luck :)
Anyway, after recording or something, I bought my books, and on the way back, I stopped by the market and looked, as I've been looking for a long time, both small and cheap pressure-presses have arrived. I got one :)
As soon as I got home, I threw whatever was in the fridge. The whistleblower did the job just as I wanted it to. The soup was cooked in 10 minutes :) I think I will overcome my fear, since this is a tiny pressure cooker :)
Those who want to prepare a different recipe in the pressure cooker Fresh Beans in Pressure Can try the recipe. Moreover Corn in the Pressure Don't forget to check out my recipe too.
I usually write in my posts, but if you share my recipes with me on Instagram, I would love to share them in my story. Don't forget to follow me :)
Note: If you want a little more intense pressure, you can use 7 glasses of water.
Love…
