Hello Dear Friends,

The blessings and abundance of the month of Ramadan have come to our tables again. The smell of pita bread began to spread to the streets. This year, the weather is warmer and the fasting period is longer than in previous years. Even though people don't want anything at first in hot weather, they dream of greasy meals and sweet desserts later in the day.

Due to the heat, people become very, very thirsty without realizing it. For this reason, you should definitely have soup on your iftar table. Soup will ease your digestion and prevent you from overeating by cutting your appetite a little bit.

Cold soup with chard feels like a medicine in this hot weather :) I didn't add water after I took it off the stove because I like it dense and plentiful as always, but you can add it according to your taste.

I will try to give as many soup recipes as possible in the coming days.

Love…

When we add the cold garlic-yogurt mixture to the wheat mixture taken from the stove, won't the yogurt be cut?

It is not the yogurt cut in the dressing, but the egg added to it. This recipe doesn't have any eggs, so it's okay. Yours sincerely
