Eggplant Moussaka (In Pot)
Hello Dear Friends,
Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite recipes for iftar. Minced Eggplant Dish While I was preparing it, instead of the normal eggplant, I came across it in the market and bought it. Yamula Eggplants I used To tell the truth, I walked past it when I saw it in the market, which had never even attempted to try it.
While I was preparing the eggplant dish, I realized that it is also super fried. A super eggplant variety that is seedless, painless, and does not darken easily.
You can make this recipe raw if you want, so after frying the onion, garlic and minced meat, you can add the cubed eggplants and peppers to the pot without frying them. If you are going to make it raw, you may need a little more water. I did not fry too much so that the eggplants did not fall apart. When its color started to change, I removed it from the oil so that it would not fall apart while cooking in the pot.
While I am preparing this recipe, you can adjust the amount of water according to the tomatoes. If the tomatoes leave too much water, do not add water, if there is not much water, you can add up to 1 tea glass.
Love…
