Hello everyone from a sunny and beautiful Istanbul morning… I have officially started a diet.

I started writing little by little months ago as if I knew what was going to happen. Diet Secrets I started keeping my diet diary on my blog as of yesterday.

What will happen, will I always be this willing? It depends on the diet forcing me and partly on your support. But I believe that it will be a much easier process with my friends who will support and support me.

I would like to state that I did the diet not only to lose weight, but also to change my eating disorder (it is my habit of eating randomly) to be healthier.

Ff from or TwitterYou can follow my instant diet progress and what I am doing. At the same time, the last thing I wrote is instantly visible under the Twitter heading in the lower right part of the site.

Eggplants with fake cheddar and raw eggplants are a great recipe for those who want to diet or want a light summer meal.

Yes, without forgetting, it has another name, mother-in-law language :)

How to Make Eggplant Slicing (Liar Imam Fainted) Recipe?

Shorten the stems of the eggplants a little and wash and dry them well. Slice lengthwise at 1 cm intervals and place on a lightly greased baking tray. Thinly slice the tomato, onion and cheddar cheese. Divide the ingredients you have prepared between the aubergines you have sliced lengthwise.

Finely chop the garlic, mix the olive oil, salt, cake and the spices you want in a bowl. When this process is finished, drizzle the sauce over your food. Cover the eggplants with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cook (until the eggplant is soft).

I made this dish today and it was so delicious! I was scared of the comments to see if it wouldn't hurt, but at that time, both the comfortable floor and my wife ate her fingers :)

I made this dish. The eggplants were raw. They don't cook for 30 minutes or so, unfortunately I cooked it for 1 hour. It was like raw.

The same is cooked in the miked alga oven for 15 minutes, with normal firing, the eggplants are cooked in a very Ubuntu time.

I tried this recipe exactly, but the eggplants were not cooked. I also put foil on it, but the cheeses melted, but the eggplants were not cooked for 30 minutes, not even 60 minutes. They were not cooked. I could not understand the problem.

I wonder how much olive oil should be added? And the eggplant is not bitter, right?

    Hello Miss Nilay,
I've heard that cooking aluminum foil in the oven is very harmful, can I cook it open without using foil?

Hello, Ms. Gamze, if you cover it with foil after you cover it with greaseproof paper, you can cut the contact between the food and the foil. If you are going to cook it uncovered, you can fry the eggplants for a short time after slicing and fill them.

Hello, Ms. Nilay, is it okay if I try to make this recipe on the stove instead of in the oven? I'm a student at univ.de, I'm trying to be among the regulars of your site :)

I also tried this dish today, I liked it very much, it was very tasty. Garlic and thyme really went well. However, even though I covered it with foil, it took 60 minutes to cook and I had to increase the temperature to 200. It may be related to my oven, it usually cooks the food in at least twice the time stated in the recipes. I am using a turbo oven. I used a pyrex dish while cooking, could there be a delay because of this? I can even say that even though I cooked it for 1 hour, it still remained a little alive.

    Hello Miss Nilay :)
I did, but I think I made a mistake somewhere. I couldn't. Maybe a little undercooked. I recommend that you put all the ingredients in the bidet and add the cheddar cheese close to the bottom. It was like water because it melted so quickly. I'll try to cook it again tonight. Good luck with your hands :))

My dear, if you are in Istanbul, you can get eminönü fermo or nuasntan sugar paste. You can also order online from gurme.net.
As for the necessary materials, you had already sent me a cake recipe before and made your cake the same way. You will cover it with ganache, and then you will cover it with sugar paste that you opened with a rolling pin.

All the construction stages are available in the link I gave you earlier. But next week I will write in detail how to do it. love.

Good luck to you, my lady, nilay, I will definitely try it, I made a meatloaf yesterday, it's very heavy fried in oil, I don't like it very much, so I said I'd do it in the oven, but it was a complete disappointment. For my wife, who is a meat monster, I will try your recipe with minced meat…
