Ingredients for Potato Turmeric Mini Pie Recipe

  • 3 pieces of dough
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste optional
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Turmeric
  • optional red pepper flakes
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

For between:

  • Half tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 glasses of yoghurt
  • 1 eggs

For the top:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • love-in-a-mist

How to Make Potato Turmeric Mini Pie Recipe?

1. Boil the potatoes for the stuffing. Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil.
2. If you are going to use it when the onion turns pink on medium heat, add the tomato paste and fry it.
3. Add the potatoes, add turmeric, salt, black pepper and chili flakes and mix. Fry for 1 minute and remove from the stove.
4. Lay the dough on the counter and divide it into 12 equal triangles.
5. Beat the sauce ingredients and brush into the triangle you prepared with the help of a brush.
6. Put the potato dough you prepared on the wide part of the dough.
7. Bend the dough slightly from both ends to the middle and roll it up.
8. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
9. Serve warm or hot.
