Potato Soda Pie
In our house, when it comes to potato pie, the world stops flowing. Cheese and minced meat have their place, but potato pie is something else. I love to prepare the potato pie the night before, bake it in the morning and serve it hot.
Resting for 1 night is not only practical on busy mornings, but also helps the flavors combine better.
I can't get enough of the deliciousness of boiled potatoes when I fry them with onions. Do you make the stuffing raw or boil and fry them?
