Potato Zucchini Mucver

We are out of town this week, but I made my preparations to share a recipe I love with you :)
Since my daughter loves it so much, I was trying to write a little bit, and these days I made a lot of mucver. Of course, I don't always try something a little different. For my daughter, she loves the mucver that I cook by adding peas or chickpeas in a pan that I lightly oiled. Keep in mind that most babies eat with pleasure.

Ingredients for Potato Zucchini Mucver Recipe
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 medium potatoes
- 1 large eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 stalks of spring onions
- 1 small bunch of dill
- Salt, pepper
- Oil for frying
How to Make Potato Zucchini Mucver Recipe?
- Peel and grate the zucchini and potatoes.
- Squeeze the grated ingredients in your palm and get the juice.
- Chop the spring onions and dill and put them in a bowl.
- Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix.
- After all the ingredients are mixed, add the flour and continue mixing.
- With the help of a spoon, put 1 spoonful of mucver into the abundant oil that you have heated in the pan and cook it from front to back.
- Take your fried muffins on a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve warm or cold.
