Ingredients for Potato Zucchini Mucver Recipe

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 1 large eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 stalks of spring onions
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Potato Zucchini Mucver Recipe?

  1. Peel and grate the zucchini and potatoes.
  2. Squeeze the grated ingredients in your palm and get the juice.
  3. Chop the spring onions and dill and put them in a bowl.
  4. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix.
  5. After all the ingredients are mixed, add the flour and continue mixing.
  6. With the help of a spoon, put 1 spoonful of mucver into the abundant oil that you have heated in the pan and cook it from front to back.
  7. Take your fried muffins on a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oil.
