For the last 3-4 days, I have been dealing with a herniated disc that has been making me hit by a truck from time to time. That stinging feeling and restricting one's movements is really unbearable.

I went into the kitchen doing what I used to do to cheer myself up when I was down, I prepared a delicious recipe that didn't take much time.

pan potato pizza

Potato pizza we prepared before Spanish omelettewhat does it look like? The biggest difference is that it is a little more Turkish work.

While you are reading the recipe, I will be taking a rest and watching Megamind, my favorite animated movie for the 4th time. Love…

It seems like I'm reviving the subject, but there is something I'm curious about. First of all, I didn't try the pizza. Now we throw the potatoes first, then we throw the other ingredients on it, but shouldn't the oil in which the potatoes are fried need to be too much? I mean, if we throw the other ingredients when the potatoes are cooked, won't it be too oily?

The biggest feature of pizza is its sauce. Without sauce, it's not pizza, it's pita. I like pita more, but in order to call pizza pizza, you need to prepare the sauce well. Why don't even the famous pizza brands smell pizza in Turkey? Either they don't use sauce or they can't prepare the sauce. They keep feeding us pita instead of pizza. I'm sure the above recipe is super, I have no doubt about it, but please don't refer to every pizza-shaped thing as pizza before you eat the real pizza.

I'm thinking of making it from 2 potatoes, then I wonder if it will be enough if I put 3 eggs)
And my question is, we don't like eggs with a thick consistency like watery, I will cook a little more than yours, then I wonder if the potatoes will stick?
Also, I don't know what size pan you used in this recipe, but would it be okay if the potatoes came on top of each other?
    love…

    Greetings my dear Nilay,

My sister is a teacher and she suffered from a herniated disc. She went to a very good professor. She gave an injection from her spinal cord. After a 7-day rest, the pain does not remain, remember, if you need it, we can communicate via my e-mail address or Facebook.

Your hands look very good, I will try it at the first opportunity..
