French fries are very popular in our house, so the choice of potatoes is very important. No matter how much we care, sometimes the potatoes are not fried, because after the first try, the remaining potato waits for the day it will be boiled because it absorbs oil.

Sometimes it waits so long that it starts to soften, so it is boiled all at once and consumed in different ways for 2 days.

potato croquettes

Potato Meatballs came out at the end of such a day, those who follow me eggplant patties they know. A delicious and pleasant recipe that you can prepare using the same method. You can prepare it and throw it in the freezer, then wait for it to thaw and fry it.

Love…

    Hello there ,

I'm doing it right now, but I don't have much time. Is it okay if I do it without resting for 1-2 hours? Thanks for the recipe.

You don't need to find eggs. It is enough to take pieces from the rested puree and shape it with only breadcrumbs.

hello, i'm planning right now and i had a hard time reading it :)) just to eat it right away :)
I will ask something, there may not always be cheddar cheese at home, I wonder if there is normal cheese instead?
Good luck to you, I love practical recipes more and I try them right away, I expect dishes made from practically and easily eaten materials from you, my love.

Hello Miss Nisa, first of all thank you. One of the reasons we put cheddar cheese is that it is not watered as it cooks, except for its flavor, so I recommend that you do not use any other cheese. You can visit the practical recipes category. Yours sincerely

It is very nice when fried, but it has a lot of calories. I wonder how it would be if it was made in the oven without frying? Shouldn't it be covered in breadcrumbs or just a little bit of oil on it?

Hello, I think Evin will spread to the oven as soon as it is collected. Breadcrumbs, which gives the outside a crispiness, also ensures that it maintains its shape.

It doesn't spread. I've been making it for years, but it doesn't taste as good as frying.

I love potatoes too, but I can't get enough of it. Is there a difference between mashing and grating?

Grated potatoes hold dough more easily. I suggest you try grating it instead of crushing it.
