Patisserie Cake (File Hazelnut)

Release Date: 17-06-2008

We all love the cakes made in the patisserie, we try them at home, but we can never achieve the same taste. (I don't quite understand why we make an effort to do this anyway, but anyway :) ) You will be able to make very nice patisserie cakes with hazelnut net, which you can easily obtain from large markets and shops selling cake supplies. I also use this recipe when making almond lip cake, you can also make a cocoa cake by mixing cocoa into it.

Hello, there is no water in the recipe, all measures are 200 ml water glass, around 2 water glasses of flour is enough.

I tried your recipe, but it was not like the cakes made in the patisserie. I've been looking for the recipe for the patisserie cake for a long time, but I couldn't find it. I traveled with Nilüfer Tourism last week and the cakes given as a treat were patisserie cake and the contents of the package were quite delicious. The contents were written on egg, sugar, flour, riser, vanilla and water. I said, "I mean, is there no milk or yoghurt?" I decided to try it. I tried it by putting 1 egg, half a glass of sugar, half a tea glass of oil, half a glass of water, vanilla and baking powder for trial purposes. Is the result a perfect patisserie cake?

I'm sure your cake was delicious, Ms. Elif. I think the contents of the food are as important as the taste, especially for children. Let's continue to make our cakes with lots of eggs and lots of milk :)
