An incredibly practical and yet elegant recipe is puff pastry roses with pastrami and cheddar. Last week, while I was preparing a snack for my guests, they appeared out of nowhere :)

Ingredients for Pastrami and Cheddar Puff Pastry Rose Recipe
- 6 puff pastry dough
- 6 pieces of bacon
- 6 pieces of thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 egg yolk (for topping)
How to Make Puff Pastrami and Cheddar Puff Pastry Recipe?
- Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and let it soften for 4-5 minutes.
- Grease the baking tray, lay out the greaseproof paper if any, and lay out 6 puff pastry sheets, leaving space.
- Draw 2 sides of each square of puff pastry as in the photo.
- Spread a little bit of margarine in the middle. Put 1 slice of cheddar cheese and bacon and connect the ends as in the photo.
- Brush it with egg yolk and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot.
