Pastrami Hummus
Hello Dear Friends,
Since it was a bit of a rush today, it's time to share the recipe :) Now I started to write a recipe for you, accompanied by tea in the garden, which is sweetly blowing. Here, too, I prepare and photograph a lot of recipes. I chose one of those waiting to be shared in the archive tonight :)
Hummus is one of my favorite appetizers. Since it is very easy to make, I often prepare it at home. This time, I made a difference in my recipe and added bacon that I fried in oil on it while serving. Normally, the hummus I prepared in these sizes would always increase a little, but is it from bacon doping?
It is better if you soak the chickpeas the night before and boil them in the morning and prepare them while the chickpeas are warm, but if you don't have time or you decide to prepare it at the last minute, you can use canned chickpeas.
Instead of peeling the chickpeas one by one by hand, you can put them in a clean cloth or cheesecloth and rub them in your hand so that they can be peeled faster.
To increase the flavor of the pastrami, you can mix and saute the two instead of using only butter or just oil.
Note: 1 glass of unsoaked chickpeas is 150 gr, and when it swells in the morning, it becomes 300 gr.
