Parmesan cheese and olives are two flavors that I absolutely cannot give up. It's also really bad that Parmesan cheese is expensive in Turkey. One thinks twice before using such a delicious cheese in recipes.

My wife's ex-colleague gave almost 1 kilo of Parmesan cheese as a gift, saying that this would be more useful for you than me, from the cheese she brought after her visit to Italy. The weight of Parmesan cheese there is almost 10 liras for us, the thing is, 100 grams are even more delicious than those sold for 7-8 liras here.

About Parmesan Cheese Wikipedia I also want to share some information with you.

Parmesan cheese, or parmican, is a type of cheese with a very hard and light yellowish color, which was started to be produced in a small city called Parma in the north of Italy and spread all over the world for its taste and quality. It is generally used in "Caesar Salad".

About cheese

Parmigiano-reggiano (Parmesan): One kg of Parmesan is produced from 16 liters of cow's milk. Parmesan, Italy's most famous cheese, has a minimum waiting time of 12 months. The longer the aging time, the higher the quality of the cheese. Therefore, the best Parmesan cheese is the one that has been aged between 24-36 months.

Cheese connoisseurs prefer “spring parmigiano”. In the spring, the fat rate of cheese is lower. This makes the cheese drier. For example, the color of Parmesan produced in April is light, almost white. Summer cheese is the hardest flavored one. The color of summer cheeses is darker, almost dark golden yellow.

Summer cheeses are very suitable for pasta sauces, especially basil sauce. Italians add this cheese to baby food because they believe it is very healthy. Parmesan is also very rich in vitamins and elements, as it is not made from pasteurized milk. It is an essential source of especially protein, calcium, phosphorus and B vitamins.

    Hello,
When I had unannounced guests for breakfast this morning, I wanted to make something extra salty and I found this recipe. I had an incredibly soft and fragrant cake. I put some strained yoghurt, dill and Tulum cheese in it. Thank you very much, it got full marks from my guests. I served it as bread in a rectangular mold. Good luck. ..

I bought parmesan cheese and I didn't like it, at least I thought I'd make something and it was the first recipe I made. We made it at 16 with my 22-month-old daughter and my poor appetite daughter ate 1 by herself. This recipe has become my favorite recipe, although I can't find any other recipe, I will buy parmesan just for this recipe. The io is the taste of mint, the smell of parmesan at home, delicious and of course, I was careful not to eat anything after 7 pm, I ate 22 at 30:2, I couldn't resist, offfff what a taste. Thanks, with your permission, I'm posting it on my blog, of course, with my own pictures and your name. Welcome to my blog; A new blog on mother-baby and shopping.

Ms. Aybüke, I think it would be great. If the cake does not have flour, flour and baking powder will suffice.

Dilan has 1 kilogram cake flour, neither sweet nor salty. You can definitely see the flours in the aisle where you buy them.

Hello, October comes to my mind as the closest thing to old cheddar cheese. I think it can be tried.
