This recipe also has a trick, it needs to be rested in the refrigerator for about half an hour or about 1 hour before cooking.

Hello Ayşe, you may not be whisking enough. Next time, try fluffing the egg white separately and adding it to the dough, maybe it will add a little more texture.

You need to rest the dough for at least an hour Ayşe

I tried your recipe and it was very good. If you are only going to increase the amount of sugar, increase the amount of flour, otherwise liquefaction will occur and cook for less time if you add too much sugar, otherwise the sugar will caramelize. thanks

It was my first try, it was a bit rushed. Although the shape was not very similar, the taste was very pleasant :)

A very nice recipe, those who love sugar will be satisfied if they increase the amount a little more. :D

Hohohoyt was very nice :) As someone who likes to spend time in the kitchen, this place has become a kind of temple for me... I made tortellini with creamy mushroom sauce with your recipe recently, our night ended at the hospital because my friends ate their fingers too :) Good luck...

Hello, Ms. Nilay, I just discovered your site, the recipes are very good, I will definitely try them all, but there is something I don't understand in this recipe, isn't a glass of water too little? For example, how much should I increase the recipe for 4 cups? Is 4 glasses enough? And how many pancakes do you get from this recipe above? thanks..

Thanks to Ms. Nilay, I cook very good meals in Moscow without sacrificing my taste. Although all my Russian friends always want to eat from me, thanks to their taste, but the room is a different pleasure :)
These Russians demand natural things, but they have zero taste buds, thank God the office has a kitchen otherwise I would be hungry :)) By the way, I am writing this comment after the magnificent pancake party :=)
