Oyster Mushroom Sauteed
Hello Dear Friends,
There are many who cannot approach these wonderful looking mushrooms, which we have come across a lot on the market stalls in recent years, because they do not know how to cook. Two years ago, I mentioned the same thing in my recipe for oyster mushrooms with pepper.
As a matter of fact, it is even easier to clean than the cultivated mushroom and it almost never releases its water. All you have to do is separate it from the woody stem and chop it into strips. If you think that the thick stems will be wasted and try to add them to the food, you will not enjoy the meal, no matter how long you cook it, as it will be like a strap.
All you need to prepare this practical recipe is some onions and some garlic. If you prepare it as in my recipe, you will not be able to get enough of its taste.
It may seem different to you because we sauteed the mushrooms first, but when you add the onions after the mushrooms change color, you will see that your sauté is more delicious.
Those who say they want to prepare a more colorful recipe peppered oyster mushroom You can find my recipe here.
