Roast Cauliflower in the Oven

Hello Dear Friends,

I have prepared so many recipes for cauliflower, our winter sun, that I don't know how these winters would be if it weren't :) It is so delicious from fried cauliflower to fried cauliflower, from hummus to salad that it is always in my fridge's crisper. This recipe is dear Naz's extra delicious and practical roast cauliflower in the oven.

You can either squeeze lemon or eat it with yogurt sauce like we do. Just be careful, it ends as soon as it comes out of the oven :)

In the coming days, I will make a delicious hummus recipe with baked cauliflower!

Ingredients for Roast Cauliflower Recipe

  • 1 size cauliflower
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ground red pepper
  • cumin
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • optional cajun seasoning

For service:

  • 1 bowl of yoghurt
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • dried mint
  • Red pepper
  • salt

Fabrication:

  1. Divide the whole cauliflower into sprouts, chop the large ones with a knife.
  2. Add olive oil, salt and spices and mix.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking tray with greaseproof paper, bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until it reaches the color and softness you want (approximately 25 minutes).
  4. Whisk yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, and seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Serve the cauliflower that comes out of the oven with yogurt sauce.
