How would you like to evaluate the only vegetables left in the cupboard in a very practical and delicious recipe? ☺️ I named it pan kebab with vegetables because we both roast and bake it in one pan. You can't get enough of it because all its flavor and water stays in it 💕

In this recipe, I chose the 24 cm one from @tefalturkiye Ingenio Mix Series. This pan, which does a lot of work while taking up little space, is always at hand. Thanks to its space-saving interlocking design, I can easily store it in the cupboard.

Ingredients for the Baked Vegetable Pan Kebab Recipe

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 medium eggplants
  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 2 village peppers
  • 1 medium carrot
  • salt, pepper, cumin, thyme
  • 3 spoonful butter

For sauce:

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 water glass of water

Fabrication:

1. To eat, first wash all the vegetables. Peel the eggplants and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Cut off the heads of the peppers and chop them in the same size.
2. Peel the zucchini and tomatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Chop the shallots to the same size. Chop the beef you will use for dinner in cubes.
3. Put the meat in a saucepan and fry it, stirring occasionally, until it releases its juice. Line the bottom of a round baking tray with baking paper. Put all the vegetables and the cooked meat on the tray.
4. Add spices and salt according to your taste. Mix vegetables, meat and seasonings with spoon. For the sauce of the dish, take tomato paste and oil in a bowl.
5. Mix tomato paste with oil and add water to it. Mix the ingredients and pour the sauce into the tray. Cover the tray with baking paper again. Put the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven.
6. Take it out after about 1 hour of cooking. You can mix and serve the dish immediately.
