Fresh Baked Potatoes and Paprika
A perfect summer snack, I couldn't bear to boil those mini, fresh potatoes that I bought from the market. They would either be scalloped potatoes or they would be baked, the result is obvious :) This time I added some color and added a little charliston and paprika. It's quite light and has minimum calories, if you have 1 bowl of yogurt with it, don't touch its taste...
Materials:
Paprika pepper
Charliston pepper
Fresh tiny potatoes
All the spices you want
Extra virgin olive oil
Fabrication:
The oven is pre-set and heated to 200 degrees. Greaseproof paper is laid on the baking tray. The washed and sliced vegetables are placed on the tray. Olive oil is poured on it and given to the upper chamber of the oven. It is cooked as desired (I cooked it for almost 20 minutes. Front and back.) It is served with yoghurt and salad by adding plenty of spices.
Potato ecse is the most preferred vegetable. It's a method I've tried at home. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it.

well done my friend, it looks very appetizing by the way, I buy a lot of Paprika peppers when they are cheap in the market and roast them in the oven. After cleaning, I put them in a freezer bag and prepare them for winter, I use the same application for tomatoes and use them in my meals, I recommend it to everyone...
