My fondness for baked goods has increased lately, especially the ones with chicken :) The reason for this may be that it is prepared quickly and left to cook on its own without much hassle.

It came about when I stumbled upon curry while I was picking up the baked chicken and potato spice and looking for what it was. I opened the cabinet, threw whatever was in a small container, and then I gave it directly to the oven. My wife was very satisfied with the result, even a lot of bread tape in the oil and water left by the chicken :)

You can prepare pasta or rice, even if you don't want much with it.

Now I have to get back to the packing business.

Love….

Ingredients for Baked Chicken and Potatoes with Curry

  • 8-10 pieces of crispy chicken = chicken back (10-12 wings can be optional)
  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 pinch of fresh thyme (can also be dried)

Fabrication:

  1. Take the chicken backs into a deep bowl. Add yogurt, olive oil and curry to it and mix well. Wrap it up and put it in the fridge until you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into 5 or 8 pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Add all the ingredients you prepared into the chicken. Finally, add salt, pepper and thyme and mix well.
  4. Put the edible ingredients in a covered baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes with the door closed, then open the door for 30 minutes.

Serve hot.

I just made it and put it in the oven and I'm looking forward to it. Since my wife loves chicken breast, I made thin slices and put them in some baguettes, I hope it will be good.
