Herbed Unleavened Pastry

I wanted the last recipe of this week to be herbed pastry, which you can easily prepare for your weekend breakfasts and will be loved by the people at home. Since you can prepare it with the ingredients at home, there are no sharp rules other than dough measurement.
Let's say you don't have parsley at home, but basil, add it :) Parsley, dill, spring onions are definitely up to your taste. You can subtract, increase or decrease whatever you want.
For the dough measure, 2,5 cups of flour is just right, but the flour you use may be different, so add little by little after 2 cups so that it will be easier for the dough to come together.

Ingredients for Herbed Yeast-Free Pastry Recipe
- 1 egg (on top of the yolk into the white)
- Half a glass of yogurt
- Half a glass of oil
- 1 package baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 2 stalks of scallion
- 2,5 glasses of flour (add the last glass little by little, depending on the consistency)
For inside:
- Feta cheese
How to Make Herbed Unleavened Pastry Recipe?
- Take 2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl. Add the baking powder on top.
- Add oil, yogurt, salt and egg white.
- Add finely chopped spring onions, parsley and dill and start kneading.
- Add half a glass of flour and knead until the dough comes together.
- Divide the gathered dough into 10 pieces, roll it in your hand and press it open.
- Put a piece of cheese in the middle and fold it closed.
- Press the ends so that they do not open and place them 2-3 cm apart on a baking paper lined tray.
- Brush the egg yolk on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 20-25 minutes).
