Forest Kebab
Unfortunately, although I am not as lucky as people who have a garden, I have established a small botanical garden on my balcony to meet our small needs. While I can't grow much here, I do have a few useful herbs that I love. These are parsley, mint, hot pepper and rosemary… I don't buy spring onions from the onions that sprout from time to time :)
Today I want to tell you a little bit about rosemary. You can easily grow rosemary, which is a temperate climate plant, in your homes if you have a sun-drenched corner, and you can get good decorative results as it always stays green.
It blooms blue and white flowers, especially in summer. It has wound healing properties as well as being beneficial in the circulatory and digestive system. As much as a pleasant aroma to meat dishes. It does not like a lot of water, but you should take care that the soil is moist. You can find it in dried form in herbalists or it is sold in oil. But I think it's best to use it fresh in salads and meals.
And here you are, the most comprehensive Orman Kebab recipe ever written, there's no way you can fail with this recipe (even if you're just starting out). It is perfect for both evaluating your leftover vegetables and enchanting your spouse and guests. Of course, you should not forget to add pilaf, which is the complement of every good meat dish.
Let me give you a few culinary secrets that I apply to make your meat tender while cooking chicken head meat. You can add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the meat you roast. If this sounds strange to you, 2 tablespoons of apple or grape vinegar can make your job easier thanks to the acid it contains. But the important thing is to add the salt 10-15 minutes before taking the meat from the stove, so you will have both soft and delicious meat. My next recipe is Leek Quiche from Puff Pastry and I'm sure you'll love it. Love to all…
