Orange Mom Cookies
Hello Dear Friends,
I wanted to close the week with a mother recipe that will bring back our memories. I hardly had a chance to rest this week. I had chores outside and at home until late. Now, as soon as I write the recipe, I will run out.
I was with our people yesterday… My father said there is a very nice orange, taste it. Huge, water oranges were seriously delicious. I took two with me on the way home. That's when I started making cookie plans the night before :) I opened my eyes in the morning and kneaded my cookie. I had my breakfast while the cookies were baking. Anyway, at the end of the breakfast, they became a legend next to that pleasure tea :)
It turns out 26 cookies in total. Half a glass of orange juice came out of my 1 orange. From the peel, wipe 1 teaspoon of orange zest. With the measurements I gave, it was a mother cookie with its aroma and taste :) You should definitely try it.
with me when you try my recipe Don't forget to share on instagram :) I would love to share the recipes you use with your photos in my story :) My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari

Ingredients for Orange Mama Cookies Recipe
For the dough:
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Half a glass of oil
- half a glass of orange juice
- 3 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 pc baking powder
- 4,5 water glass flour
For the top:
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Fabrication:
- Take egg white, yogurt and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl, mix well and let the sugar melt a little.
- Add oil, orange juice, baking powder, vanillin, orange zest and 1 glass of flour and mix again with the help of a spoon.
- Add cup of flour and continue kneading. (This way, it will be easier to hold the consistency and knead.)
- Knead a dough that does not stick to the hand and to the container.
- Roll the dough, cut into equal sized pieces and roll them out with your hands.
- Brush the top of the cookies with egg yolk, dip them in granulated sugar and spread them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
- Serve the cooled cookies.
It was a hard and low sugar cookie. I love applying your recipes, but it seems like something should change in this recipe, the amount of sugar should be increased, maybe melted butter instead of liquid oil, the amount of flour seems to decrease.
I made it today, it was a bread-like cookie
Hello there
Thank you very much for the recipe, I'm sure it will be perfect when it is made, my question to you is, can we use brown sugar and whole wheat flour, or can we use flour with the same measurements,
Thank you in advance :)
