Ingredients for Orange Dried Fruit Cake Recipe

4 Egg
1 glass of olive oil
1,5 cups sugar
1 small glass of yogurt
3 water glass flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla
1 cup of dried fruit
1 orange zest
Juice of 1 small orange

Fabrication:

Eggs and sugar are whisked and foamed well, then olive oil and yoghurt are added on it and whisking is continued. Before adding the dry ingredients, orange juice and orange zest are added to the cake dough, which we continue to whisk, and finally vanilla sifted flour and baking powder are added and whipped.

While preparing our cake dough, let's wash the dried fruits, dry them well with towel paper, sprinkle a little flour, pour it on the cake dough we prepared in proportion and mix it a little with the help of a fork.

The cake dough we prepared is poured into a greased cake mold and baked in a preheated 180 C oven. When it comes out, a damp cloth is placed on it (so that the shell does not harden). During the service, it is served by sprinkling powdered sugar, coconut or ornamental sugars like mine.
