Ingredients for Edema Relief White Tea Recipe

  • 500 ml water (2,5 cups) 
  • a handful of parsley,
  • 1 sticks of cinnamon,
  • 1-2 cloves
  • 2 bags of white tea

 Fabrication:

  1. Take the parsley, cinnamon, cloves and water on the stove and bring to a boil. Turn off the stove when it boils.
  2. Add 2 bags of white tea, infuse for 3-4 minutes and strain.
  3. Whether for hot or cold.
