Oatmeal Black Mulberry Smoothie
Hello Dear Friends,
Until the mulberries on the tree are gone, recipes with black mulberry will slowly come :) I have a delicious smoothie recipe for breakfast, which is practical, healthy and filling. The smoothie consists of a mixture of frozen fruit and protein-containing products such as yogurt and milk. I used frozen black mulberry, but it is possible to freeze ripe bananas in the same way.

Ingredients for Oatmeal Black Mulberry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup frozen black mulberry
- half a banana
- 1 water glass milk
- 3 tablespoon of oats
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 walnuts kernels
- honey to sweeten as desired
Fabrication:
- Put the oats in water and leave it for 10 minutes to soften it.
- Take banana, oat, black mulberry, mint and walnut into blender.
- Add honey if desired and pass through the blender until it has a dense consistency.
- Serve the blender you prepared.
