We got off the bus from Beşiktaş in front of the cafe in Yeniköy.

As soon as I saw it, my heart started beating. Işıl, the owner of this beautiful place, greeted us at the door with a big smile. We had a breakfast with pleasant conversation and lots of laughter with the participation of her mother Ms. Asuman. From croissants to cupcakes, from macarons to pizzas, they make everything.

In the past, dear Işıl had no interest in food like me… When she returned home after studying at different schools and studying abroad, she started to experiment with cookbooks at home. Together with her mother, they tried various prefixes of world cuisines. They set out with an idea that suddenly appeared one day :)

  1. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixing bowl. Add the liquid ingredients by adding sugar and salt to it.
  2. Beat until you get a smooth mixture.
