Tarhana Soup with Noodles and Chickpeas

Our house does not end with counting the super meals beyond soup. I wanted to start sharing one of our favorites, tarhana with noodles. In fact, after sharing this recipe in my story, a follower recommended me to try it with green lentils. I tried it with cut dough with green lentils, my Nehir loved it 😍
How Is Tarhana Cooked?
After I boil and cook the noodles, I add it to the tarhana that I roast. Thus, it takes less time and makes it easier to adjust the consistency of the soup. My general measurement is 1 tablespoon of tarhana to 1 glass of water. You already set your own size. I'm waiting for your different soup suggestions next winter ☺️💕

Ingredients for the Recipe for Tarhana Soup with Noodles and Chickpeas
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 5 tablespoons of Tarhana
- 4 water glass of water
- 1 cups of broth
- 1 cup of vegetable noodles
- 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
Fabrication:
- Take the water, broth, noodles and frozen chickpeas into the pot and cook until the noodles are soft.
- Fry the olive oil, tomato paste and tarhana in a medium-sized saucepan, close to the cooking process of the noodles.
- Add ladle noodle mix in it.
- Stir until thickened and serve hot.
