Ingredients for Chickpea Yogurt Soup Recipe

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 cups of broth
  • 4 water glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon of red paprika
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 heaping tablespoons of flour
  • salt

  • Olive oil

How to Make Chickpea Yogurt Soup Recipe?

1. Put the rice and chickpeas in the pot. Put hot water and broth on top and let it boil.
2. Whisk the egg yolk, flour and yoghurt well in a bowl.
3. Add 2 scoops of yoghurt from the boiling soup water and mix.
4. Keep stirring the soup while slowly adding the seasoning to the soup.
6. While the soup is boiling over low heat, heat the oil and mint in a small coffee pot or pan and add them to the soup, which thickens.
7. After boiling for 2-3 more minutes, add salt, mix and serve by taking it from the stove.
