Apple Purslane Salad with Chickpeas Recipe
This week has been such a difficult week that I can't believe it's over. My answer to things that go wrong and health problems that suddenly appear and stick is in reels music 😄 I prepared purslane salad with chickpeas and purslane salad with apples at different times as different recipes.
This time I decided to make a change and merge it. The sesame I added on top also made the job very good. You can also add walnuts if you want, it's all up to your taste.

Ingredients for Chickpea Apple Purslane Salad Recipe
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- Red pepper
- salt
- little cumin upon request
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
For the base:
- 3 heaped tablespoons of yogurt
- half of a small apple
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- 1 small bunch of purslane
How to Make Apple Purslane Salad with Chickpeas Recipe?
1. Grate the apple on the purslane that you wash and chop well. Add yogurt, garlic and salt and mix.
2. Take the purslane base on a serving plate, make a small indentation in the middle.
3. Put the sesame in the pan, fry it on medium heat until its color comes out.
4. Add chickpeas and olive oil and continue frying.
5. Add the spices, mix, remove from the heat and serve on top of the purslane salad.
