Chickpea Paste – Chickpeas

I bought dried peppers from the Muğla market, today and tomorrow, I couldn't find the opportunity to cook it. While I had boiled chickpeas in my hand, I thought of preparing such a satisfying and delicious recipe.

Chickpea paste is delicious on its own, but I recommend you try it by adding tahini yoghurt sauce and dry pepper. When there is such a layered flavor, isn't it nice to mix yoghurt and chickpea paste 😄

Chickpea Mash – Ingredients for Chickpea Recipe

• 2 cup boiled chickpeas
• 3 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 stalks of scallion
• 1 cloves of garlic
• a pinch of dill
• salt
• very little cumin

Chickpea Paste – How to Make Chickpea Recipe?

1. Take the boiled chickpeas in a deep plate, add olive oil and spices and mash with a fork.
2. Add the chopped dill and fresh onion and mix.
3. Mix the strained yogurt, tahini and salt and spread on the note paste.
4. Fry the dried peppers in hot oil and serve with the salad.
