Ingredients for Starchy Triangle Pie Recipe That Will Make You Forget All Pastries

  • 3 pieces of dough

For between:

  • Half a glass of oil
  • Half a glass of yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • Half a teaspoon of starch

For inside:

  • hard feta cheese
  • parsley

For the top:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sesame

How to Make Starchy Triangle Pie Recipe That Will Make You Forget All Pastries?

  1. For the sauce, whisk together the yogurt, oil and egg whites.  
  2. Lay the dough on the counter and brush the sauce on it with the help of a brush.
  3. Sprinkle starch on the sauce with the help of a starch strainer.
  4.  2. Lay the dough on top of the first one and do the same. Apply the sauce again and apply starch absorption.
  5. Cool and sauce the last phyllo and sprinkle with starch.
  6. Sprinkle the grated feta cheese and chopped parsley over the top.
  7. As in the photo, fold the dough from both ends to the middle and divide it in the middle with the help of a knife.
  8. Slice into triangles, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm or cold.
