Sausage puree with nettle / cabbage

Ingredients for Sausage Puree with Nettle / Cabbage Recipe

1.5 kilo of potatoes
2 medium onion
1 bay leaf
500 grams of fresh nettles (or kale if desired)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
500 grams of sausage
1/2 cup of milk
2 spoonful butter

Fabrication:

1- Peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into cubes.
2- Wash the nettles well and chop them finely. (blender can be used)
3- Mix potatoes, onions, nettles, a bay leaf and a pinch of salt and put them in the pot. Add sufficient amount of water to it (the amount of water should be enough to cover the mixture we prepared, but not too much).
4- Cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
5- If there is excess water left in the pot after cooking, drain it and transfer the mixture to a separate bowl. Don't forget to remove the bay leaf. Mash the entire mixture to make a fine puree.
6- Add half a glass of cold milk and the melted butter.
7- Lightly fry the sausages in a separate pan.
8- Finally, add the fried sausages to your puree mixture. You have prepared an extremely healthy meal, Bon Appetit...
