Nescafeli Pudding (Dukan Desserts)

Hello Dear Friends,

I have 2 good recipes today, but I only have time to share 1 of them. I decided to give priority to those who yearn for sweets and share my dukan pudding.

Now, when you see the pudding, I seem to see you go into hands-on mode. Go ahead, of course, it is not easy to get rid of the habits that have lasted for years and to give up dessert, which is one of our greatest weaknesses, for the sake of losing weight.

One important point should not be missed while rejoicing, that is the use of corn flour or starch in the Dukan diet. Corn flour is among the limited allowed ingredients. As far as I read in the book, 125 ml of liquid, sauce, etc., including the attack phase. up to 1 teaspoon is released for thickening.

Now, there is 2,5 cups of milk in my recipe, but I used 2 tablespoons to thicken it and make it into pudding consistency. This crosses the border just a little bit. If you divide this pudding into 4-5 small bowls instead of a large bowl, I think you will not exceed the daily consumption limit.

It's a very practical recipe to get over the sweet craving, after all, it's your responsibility. You can eat at 1 instead of 3, but remember that what helped us gain weight at the time was that we ate 1 or even 2 instead of 3.

pudding recipes

By the way, I have another important note. The bowl I use in the photo is normally for ice cream and cold desserts, I transferred some of the pudding to this bowl and cooled it to take the photo. Do not put hot food in plastic containers, instead choose glass or porcelain.

Lots of love…

Hello. The recipe is very good, but I can't find it even though I've been looking for reduced-fat cocoa for days. Can I use regular cocoa instead and cut back on sweetener? Thanks.

This is the first dessert I made after taking a powdered sweetener. Health to your hands, incredibly delicious and I ate it with peace of mind. 4 bowls came out, I will eat one every day :))
I tried a lot of making pudding at home before the diet but never quite like this. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH… !

mrb, i started the dukan diet for 3 days, eggs for breakfast, low-fat cheese, tea, boiled chicken in the afternoon, I ate the same in the evening, I drink 3 liters of water, I couldn't figure out how to adjust the attack phases, what to eat and what to eat.
    I'm weak. I have a 17-month-old baby, I can't go for a walk with him.

Dear Sema, I suggest you diversify your meats and take vitamins. I'm sure it's pretty tiring with the baby. Therefore, if you need to overload yourself, I would say leave the attack phase and take a cruise and consume vegetables.

Thank you for your advice. During the cruise phase, if there are no meat and vegetable varieties every day, should I cook with vegetables and meat every day, I couldn't find oat bran, is it okay if I eat a galette until I get it?

          hello sky..
Be sure to read the book and hang out on this site :) this diet is actually really challenging. If you like meat, there is no problem, but it is very difficult for someone like me who is not fond of meat. I believe I was bored with meat, but when I bought recipes from this site, I swear I was heartbroken :) Don't neglect my love. But make sure you are losing weight. Use lots of spices in your meals, in the morning and in the breakfast. It is very useful.

Hello, Dear İrem, I think you are thinking of eating all the pudding :) Unfortunately, you can only eat a small bowl to curb your sweet cravings. For example, divide your pudding into 4 or 6 small bowls and eat only 1 bowl. So you don't push the limits. Love…

Ms. Nilay, I want to ask you something, I've been on the cruising period for 8 days. I lost 2 kilos with the attack. I started with 65 kilos. I'm 63 kilos. When I read the comments, it seems that I lost a little weight. I read the booklet, I'm eating everything without oil. I apply it as 1+1, but I wonder why I stopped losing weight. I'm doing sports at home, can you please help me? I ate salami and I learned it yesterday too.

Hello Damla, as I wrote before, there may be many reasons for this pause. You may also be resisting because of your previous diets. Stop eating salami. I say force yourself to walk because 20 to 40 minutes of walking is recommended in the diet. At least force yourself to walk every other day.

A parcel came from Gurmenet yesterday, I was very happy… But I guess the reduced-fat cocoa is not there, is there a place you would recommend? And the thing called butter powder.. I think I miss the taste of butter the most :) I bought the liquid flavor from the gourmet… Love :)

Good luck then :) I think I found it in Çağrı Market, I didn't buy cocoa from the internet. I also bought vanilla & butter as a liquid flavoring. It's the first time I've heard of butter powder from you, I was curious to be honest :) Best regards…

Hello Nar. I am a follower of gourmet net, I bought very nice and cheap products, I had the aforementioned sweetener “Stevia” brought from Gurmenet. Unfortunately, the box is a disaster, when pressed from the top, the tiny piece that gets stuck in the hole at the bottom does not fall, you shake it, it does not happen, you insert the fork end, it does not come out, it breaks, breaks apart. While I was thinking about what I can do, I thought of hitting the plastic box with the pliers and breaking it, I couldn't do it either, finally I pulled the tab of the box that was printed on the top with pliers and I removed it HALELELUYAAAH!!!! They are now in metal choke boxes. :) There is a site called "botanikecza.com", the photo of the box I saw on the page resembles a more civilized box. I recommend. love.
