I made it last night, but it was very tasteless and sugar-free. I applied the measurements exactly, what could be the problem?

It may be due to the difference in our cup sizes, or you like more sugary cakes. In your next experiment, you can increase the amount of sugar according to your taste.

    Hello,
Will it work with 2 in one? Or should it just be ground instant coffee??

I don't know if it gives the same flavor. We do not use such mixtures at home.

Hello, is it okay if I don't use yogurt, what flour should I put on it?

You can use the same amount of milk instead of yogurt.

    hello nila

I was looking for a recipe to evaluate the coffee at home. You have 2 coffee cake recipes on the site, the other is made with milk. I was undecided about what to do. Which one should I try, what would you recommend?

Hello Nergis, I could not understand why your cake did not rise. When it is made according to the recipe, it is like in the photo, it is fixed with experience. If your dough is hard, you can use milk instead of yogurt. If you want to use yoghurt, you can reduce the amount of flour to 2,5 cups.

I also recommend checking the freshness of the baking powder or the eggs you use. Take it easy.

I tried it, it was very good. I used 4 pieces of classic Nescafe, which is sold in single packages, in dry form. Since there is no cocoa, I put chocolate chips and it was perfect. Thank you for your recipe…

Do we add Nescafe in liquid form or in powder form, I'm waiting for your answer :)
