Ingredients for Practical Pomegranate Ice Cream Recipe

  • 1 pack Pakmaya Pomegranate Pudding
  • 2,5 water glass milk

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 2 packs of Pakmaya Whipped Cream
  • 1 glass of cold milk
  • 1 cups pomegranate seeds

How to Make Practical Pomegranate Ice Cream Recipe?

  1. Place the pudding and milk in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat until it thickens. Mix and cool the cooked pudding.
  2. Whisk the whipped cream and cold milk until stiff.
  3. Add the pudding little by little to the whipped cream and mix it from bottom to top with the help of a spuatula.
  4. Reserve some of the pomegranate seeds for the top of the ice cream and add the rest to the ice cream mixture and mix.
  5. Take out the ice cream that you have kept in the freezer for 1 night 10 minutes before serving and serve with an ice cream scoop.
