  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Pomegranate Quinoa Salad Recipe?

  1. Take the quinoa in a small saucepan. Add water until it is 2 inches above it and leave it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. While the quinoa is resting, chop the greens that you wash and leave to drain.
  3. Cut the pomegranate in half. Place the cut half in the palm of your hand and tap it with the help of a spoon to extract the grains as in the video.
  4. Add 1,5 cups of water to the quinoa that you filtered first, and close the lid of the pot. Cook over medium heat until soft and bursting (15 minutes).
  5. If there is excess water left in the cooked quinoa, drain it and let it rest to cool.
  6. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the chopped ingredients.
