Nacho (Chips with Ground Mince Sauce)

Release Date: 02-11-2010
4 5 5 1

This week didn't start very well, I had a feeling of malaise over the weekend, and a heavy headache and weakness took its place on Monday. As the situation became more unbearable this morning, of course, doctor's ways appeared to me. After the doctor gave a lot of medicine and advice, I went back to work :)

This week there are events related to both my work and my blog. Let's see how long the body will withstand this rush.

Anyway, after telling you a lot of trouble, you may not feel like cooking :)) For this reason, it would be appropriate to give a delicious and satisfying snack recipe ;) If you feel down but hungry or if you are going to host your friends in the evening, you can't find better than Nacho.

Love…

Ingredients for Nacho (Chips with Ground Mince Sauce) Recipe

  • 300 gr mince
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 tablespoon mixed tomato paste (tomato-pepper)
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Optional (1 cup of Mexican beans)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large package of hot chips

How to Make Nacho (Chips with Ground Mince Sauce) Recipe?

  1. Chop the onion and garlic for food, put the olive oil in the pan. Add salt and fry the onions on medium heat until they turn pink.
  2. If you are going to use it, add the mexican beans and tomato paste and continue frying until the tomato paste is crushed.
  3. Finally, add the minced meat and fry it until it releases its water. (You can tell when the ground beef is cooked by its dispersion and smell.)
  4. Place the chips on a heatproof serving plate and heat in the oven. Pour the minced meat sauce on the hot chips and serve with yoghurt.

I make the chips myself. I grate the potatoes with the fine part of the grater, they form round rings. I mix flour, starch, salt and baking powder. Just as I throw it into the oil, I dip it in this mixture and throw it into the hot oil. If it is smeared beforehand, it can be dough… This recipe is even better than chips. Spices can be added to the mixture to make it bitter.

Would it be nice if we put cheddar cheese on it instead of yogurt and put it in the oven?

nachos are great, but I couldn't find the recipe for this chip on a Turkish site... it's made with cornmeal and water... I don't want to use and eat those poisonous chips...
