  • 2 cups of oat flour (you can make oatmeal in a robot)
  • 1 cup ripe banana (mashed with a fork)
  • 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoon raw cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of date palm extract

How to Make Banana Oatmeal Cocoa Cookies Recipe?

  1. Grind the oatmeal in the processor and get 2 cups of oat flour.
  2. Restart the robot by adding the bananas, cocoa, peanut butter and date pulp to the oats in the robot.
  3. Take the mixture you have prepared from the robot and wet your hands slightly and tear off pieces from the dough and roll it.
  4. Arrange 2 cm apart on the baking tray that you have lined with greaseproof paper. If desired, press 1 almond on top of each.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
