Ingredients for Banana Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

• 2 medium ripe bananas
• 1 medium egg
• Half a tea glass of granulated sugar (although you can optionally add it)
• 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
• 2,5 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons of shortbread chocolate

How to Make Banana Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe?

1. Mash the banana in a deep bowl.
2. Add 1 egg and mix with a fork, add the peanut butter and mash together.
3. Mix the baking powder and flour by adding sugar if you are going to use it.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of shortbread chocolate.
5. Portion the cookies with an ice cream scoop or tablespoon at 3-4 cm intervals on a sheet of paper.
6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chocolate on top of the dough.
7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
