Banana Nut Cake

Last night, I was thinking what to do instead of throwing the almost rotten bananas in the fridge. The easiest cake came to my mind. Thus, I both evaluated the bananas and had a very delicious cake to be served to the guests. I could only eat half a slice because I was on a diet :(
Ingredients for Banana Nut Cake Recipe
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 2 banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 water glass flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 cup of hazelnuts
How to Make Banana Nut Cake Recipe?
- Beat 3 eggs with sugar until frothy.
- Add oil, flour, baking powder, mashed bananas and cinnamon and continue whisking.
- Grease the cake mold well with oil. Add the small pieces of hazelnuts last.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Here it's done :)
I just got the recipe and made it right away, but since there is only one banana at home, I made it as 1 banana +1 grated apple. I sprinkled walnut pieces instead of hazelnuts, I'm looking forward to the oven.

we made it together with my mother. It was a soft, wonderful-smelling cake… I only oiled the cake mold and sprinkled it with hazelnuts. After I turned the cake upside down, a beautiful image appeared. Thank you very much….
