Kitchen Secrets Cookbook Released!
Hello Dear Friends,
Hello to those of you who are excited by picking up a new book on the shelf :) The first thing a woman who is in love with the smell of books like me would do when she picked up the book she prepared with her teeth, of course, was to inhale that unique scent. I think there's no way I can come up with sentences that are wonderful enough to describe this feeling.
For a long time, as soon as I stepped into the bookstore, the first place I went was the shelves with cookbooks. I spent a long time there, especially loved to review the photos. Now it's amazing to know that I'll have a book on those shelves too!
When I was a woman who did a job that she didn't like in 2007 and was thinking about how to reveal her potential, the point that my journey brought me today takes my breath away.
Those who have followed me from the very beginning have witnessed the whole process and know better how much it means to me. We started as a small blog and now we have become a channel that is known and followed by all of Turkey. I have witnessed that not only housewives but also restaurants, boutique hotels and food businesses apply my recipes and put them on their menus. Proud!
I have always invested in education in order to provide better content to my readers, I continue to improve myself with 2 professional culinary schools, many photography trainings, countless workshops and what I have learned with you. I believe that my studentship will continue no matter how old I get, in order to always put forward the better.
As you browse through the pages of this book, you will feel that I have presented my most successful recipes, from materials to construction stages, from photography to design, by filtering my knowledge of 14 years.
There are some wonderful people to be especially thanked for in this article, the first of which is dear İclal Aydın, many thanks for trusting me and my book enough to include it in his library. His support is incredibly gratifying to me. Dear Asmin and her team from Artemis Publishing have put a lot of effort since the very beginning, and they have produced a book that will be liked by everyone by meeting all my fussiness. Of course, my dear friend Kübra and my assistant Naz, who undertook my content editorship, I think the book would have been 500 pages without them :) Finally, my dear wife Bora is my biggest supporter. If it wasn't for him and if he hadn't taken a lot of work from me while I was concentrating on the book, it would not have been possible for us to publish this book with a 2-year-old baby.
