Kitchen Secrets 6 Years Old!

Hello Dear Friends,

Another huge year has passed and my beloved blog, which I raised like a baby, turned 1 years old :)

Every anniversary, I celebrate my stepping into a completely different life, my rebirth, so to speak :)

Instead of repeating myself, I continue to walk with firm steps on the path my blog has opened for me as much as my possibilities allow.

As I mentioned before, getting started and continuing has never been easy. Good work takes a lot of work. I tried to explain how I started my journey and the stops I stopped by when my tongue turned around in the past anniversaries. Afterwards, it was a much bigger development for me, which I saw as the second and most important stop of my professional kitchen education. My Usla days started. In May, I registered for the Professional Pastry and Bakery Program, which will last for 6 months. While I was dealing with my blog, which is my main job, on weekdays, my weekends started to pass at school from early morning to evening.

Actually, I thought a lot before starting Usla. Will I be able to handle an intense and tiring training again? Will I be able to handle all this work alone? Then I said that you chose this path yourself, and even if you find it difficult, you should continue walking without giving up. At the moment, I continue to take work and school together :)

By passing a short summary of the events that are important to me from the past year to this day, I have made my mark in history :)
