My dessert recipe for today is one of my favorite desserts with syrup. amulet dessert. For the Muska dessert, I gave the recipe before. Easy Sobiyet We use ready made baklava phyllo. My favorite thing about the amulet dessert is that although it is very practical, it creates a feeling of effort and hours of work :) I use semolina while preparing this dessert, but you can also use ready-made cheesecake or pudding if you want. Since you have prepared 1 package, it will be a little too much, so if you want to cook half a package, you can either divide half of the semolina into small cups and divide it into small cups. in orange semolina dessert serve as is.

Ingredients for Amulet Dessert Recipe

  • 20 sheets of ready-made phyllo dough
  • 150 g butter

For inside:

  • 1 pack of Pakmaya Semolina Dessert
  • 4 water glass milk

For the syrup:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 glass of water
  • 3-4 drops of lemon juice

How To Make Amulet Dessert Recipe?

  1. Put the water and sugar in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar melts, continue to boil for 10 -12 minutes on medium heat, add lemon juice and boil for 1 more time, remove from the stove, leave to cool.
  2. For the inside, take 1 pack of cheddar and 3 glasses of milk into the stove. Cook, stirring, until a thick consistency is obtained, remove from the heat, and cool, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lay the first sheet of dough on the kitchen counter, and with the help of a brush, apply the melted butter to its entire surface.
  4. Put the second phyllo on top of the first and brush with butter, as with the first phyllo. Do the same for the remaining 3 phyllo dough. (total will be 5 floors)
  5. When you have completed 5 layers, cut 3-4 finger thick strips lengthwise. (It is enough to divide each dough into 5 equal strips)
  6. Put 1 teaspoon of kashkul on the end of the strips facing you and close it as an amulet. (When all the phyllo is finished, you will have about 20 amulets)
  7. Place the amulet desserts you have prepared on the baking tray that you have greased with butter.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
  9. Pour the syrup over the amulet desserts that come out of the oven with the help of a ladle. When the syrup comes to room temperature, sprinkle peanut powder on it and serve.
