Tray Pastry with Mushrooms

Ingredients for Mushroom Pancakes Recipe
- 5 pieces of dough
- 750 g mushrooms
- 4 onion
- ½ cup of oil
- 1 glass of water
- 2 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoon of black seed
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion. Fry in 3 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.
- Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the onions. Fry the mushrooms until they release their juices.
- Reserve one of the egg yolks for brushing.
- Whisk together the milk, remaining oil, eggs and yogurt.
- Lay a layer of dough on a greased baking tray.
- Brush through the mixture. Repeat 3 sheets.
- Spread the mushrooms on it. Finish by brushing the remaining dough with the mixture.
- Brush with egg yolk and add black cumin seeds. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
