Muhammara Recipe

As you know, I prepare and consume the appetizers in the way that suits my palate the most, and I share them with you in my own way. Muhammara is one of these appetizers, it's a bread-feeding monster, just like adjika :) ,
If you are going to use only walnuts in this recipe, you can increase the amount to 1,5 cups. You can also use walnuts + almonds if you want. You can also add bread according to your taste like me. In the original, a hot pepper called pepper is used, if this pepper is dried, it is boiled and added. Since we don't have any hot peppers in our house, our pepper is capia :)

Ingredients for Muhammara Recipe
- 2 capsicum peppers
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 3 slices of meat or toasted stale bread
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt (do not add if tomato paste is salty)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Black pepper
- Half a cup of water, if necessary, for consistency
How to Make Muhammara Recipe?
- Roast the peppers, peel the skins, remove the seeds and throw them into the robot.
- Start the robot by adding pepper paste, spices, garlic, walnuts and meat.
- Add olive oil, pomegranate syrup and tahini to the sandy mixture and run the robot again.
- Puree the mixture completely by adding lemon juice and a little water according to its consistency.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to absorb its flavor and serve.
