Ingredients for Puff Pastry with Custard Recipe
- 12 sheets of puff pastry
- 2 water glass milk
- half a glass of granulated sugar
- 2 heaped tablespoons of starch
- 2 tablespoons of Butter Cooking & Pastry
- 1 pack of powdered whipped cream
For the above:
- Strawberry
- powdered sugar
- powdered peanuts
How to Make Puff Pastry with Custard Recipe?
- Take all the ingredients for the cream in a sauce pan, mix it on medium heat and cook it until it gets a thick consistency.
- Remove the cooked cream from the heat, mix it from time to time and let it cool.
- Cut 12 squares of puff pastry with a glass of water or a dough mold of the same size and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Cut out the middle of 6 of them with a small mold or tea glass.
- Brush egg on the puff pastry bases on the baking tray and place the cut lids on them.
- Bake the puff pastry in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it swells and turns brown. cooked
- While the baked puff pastry is cooling, add the whipped cream to the cream and whisk.
- Divide the cream among the puff pastries. Garnish with strawberries and pistachios.
- Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
