Ingredients for Mücver Muffin Recipe

• 2 pieces of eggs
• 3 cups grated zucchini
• 1 small carrot
• 1 cloves of garlic
• half of 1 small onion
• 1 pinch of finely chopped dill
• 2 stalks of scallion
• 1 piece of grated cheese
• 1,5 water glass flour
• 1 package baking powder
• Salt
• Black pepper
• dried mint

How to Make Mücver Muffin Recipe?

1. Take the zucchini grated in a mixing bowl.
2. Grate the onion and carrot with the fine side of the grater and put them in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the egg, crushed garlic, cheese and dill.
4. Add the spices, flour and baking powder. Mix with the help of a spoon.
5. Grease and flour the muffin tray.
6. Divide the cake batter you prepared into the muffin cups.
7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
8. Serve the baked muffins when they come to room temperature.
